Established in the expansion zone in Kicukiro district, in peri-urban zone surrounded by green area, Samy Mixed-use Project is articulated into mixed-use of three residential dwelling units with commercial retail facility (pharmacy). These attached family houses will be constructed into two phases: The first phase is composed by one family house as a first unit for one family, a pharmacy as commercial retail and annex . And the second phase will be two others residential dwelling units . The functionality and profitability of spaces were the driving force behing its architecture.
